What is Forward Rewards?
Forward Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards guests of Forward Convenience Stores for their purchases.
Why should I become a Forward Rewards member?
With membership, comes privileges! Forward Rewards is our way of saying “Thank You” to our most loyal customers for their continued patronage. Every time you make a qualifying purchase, you will immediately start earning points toward rewards. Simply swipe your Forward Rewards card/enter your phone number every time you make a purchase in order to build your point balance.
How does it work?
Once you join the program and register your card, you can start earning rewards. Here are the different ways you can earn prizes and rewards:
  • Point Rewards
    • You earn points based off your purchases that you can spend on valuable rewards
      • 10 points earned for every gallon of gas purchased
      • 20 points earned for every dollar spent in-store
    • The more points you save, the bigger the reward you can spend them on! Current rewards can be viewed at www.forwardcorp.com, on the mobile app or on the in-store kiosk.
  • Clubs
    • Every time you purchase a participating club item and use your Forward Rewards card, your account is credited with a club point.
    • Once you’ve made the correct amount of qualifying purchases, your account is instantly loaded with a reward to get your next club item purchase free!
  • Sweepstakes
    • Every Forward Rewards member gets one entry into every sweepstakes just for being a member
    • BUT, to increase your chances of winning one of our sweepstakes, purchase the featured items offering bonus entries with each purchase.
    • There are approximately 5 sweepstakes each month.
  • Surprise Rewards
    • Registration Reward – 5¢ off per gallon for 30 days from date of registration (up to 20 gallons per transaction)
    • Birthday Reward – One-time use reward of 10¢ per gallon (up to 20 gallons) for use during your birthday month.
    • Random Rewards – are rewarded anytime and for anything.

How much does it cost?
There is no cost to join the Forward Rewards Program.
Is the Forward Rewards loyalty card a credit card?
No
How do I register my card?
  • Take your card and visit the in-store kiosk, go to www.forwardcorp.com, or download our Forward Rewards mobile app.
  • Select “Register My Card”, then enter your card number found on the back of your card and provide a few short answers to complete your account information.
How do I join?
Visit a participating Forward location and tell an associate that you would like to join Forward Rewards. The associate will give you a loyalty card. You will then need to register the card (see next question for registration information).
Why do I have to register my account?

Account registration is required to redeem rewards. Registration also allows you to track your account activity, such as points balance and rewards earned, simply by logging in. It allows us to replace your card in the event it is lost or stolen.

How do I use my Birthday Reward?

Since your Birthday Reward is automatically applied to your account, the next time you purchase gas in your birthday month and use your Forward Rewards account, you will be prompted to redeem your 10¢ discount and the pump will automatically roll back 10¢ per gallon.

Can a business join Forward Rewards?

Forward Rewards is intended for personal use only.

How do I earn points?
  • In Store
    • After your product(s) are rung up (before the clerk hits the total key)
      • Select “Forward Rewards” on the credit card terminal
      • Swipe your Forward Rewards card or enter your phone number
    • Then pay as you normally would
  • At the pump
    • Before fueling
      • Select “Rewards” on the credit card terminal
      • Select “Forward Rewards”
      • Insert your Forward Rewards card OR select “Loyalty ID” to enter your phone number
    • Then pay as you normally would
How many points do I earn for my purchases?
  • 10 points for every gallon
  • 20 points for every dollar spent in-store
Will my points expire?

Points will not expire.

How do I redeem my points?
  • In Store
    • Once you have saved enough points for the qualifying items, you will log in to your account at the in-store kiosk, on the mobile app or online and select “Redeem Points” and there you can choose the reward you wish to redeem by adding them to your ‘cart’ and then ‘checkout’. The reward will then be loaded onto your account to be used within 30 days.
    • Next time you purchase that item, it is automatically taken off your account at checkout

  • At the Pump
    • Before fueling
      • Select “Rewards” on the credit card terminal
      • Select “Forward Rewards”
      • Insert your Forward Rewards card or select “Loyalty ID” to enter your phone number
    • If you have a gas discount, another screen will then appear that says “Redeem 5¢ Fuel Amount” – you would then select “Yes” and your price at the pump would automatically roll back
    • Then pay as you normally would
  • Note that Club, Birthday and Registration rewards are automatically loaded onto your account once you have met the criteria to earn them.
Is there anything that I don’t earn points for?

Points will not be accumulated for the following purchases: lottery tickets, cigarettes, bottle deposits, gift cards, licenses & permits, video rentals, store services or third party services

Where can I see the list of rewards?

Log in to your account at the in-store kiosk, online at www.forwardcorp.com or on our mobile app and select “Redeem Points” where you will find a list of rewards. In-store rack card will also list rewards.

What is the Registration Reward?

5¢ per gallon every time you purchase gas for the next 30 days after you register your card (up to 20 gallons per transaction).

How do I use the Registration Reward?

This 5¢ per gallon reward is automatically loaded onto your account for 30 days after you register your card. Each time you gas up for the next 30 days and swipe your card/enter your phone number at the pump, you will then be prompted to redeem your 5¢ discount and the pump will automatically roll back 5¢ per gallon. You will also receive an email upon registration informing you that this reward has been applied.

How do I earn rewards?

By making in-store and fuel purchases. (See list of excluded items above)

What is the Birthday Reward?

A one-time use 10¢ off per gallon of gas (up to 20 gallons). This discount is automatically applied to your account the first day of your birthday month and expires the last day of your birthday month. You will also receive an email informing you that this reward has been applied.

How do I check my Forward Rewards Card balance?
  • Log in to your account on the in-store kiosk, online at www.forwardcorp.com or on the Forward Rewards mobile app and select “Account Balance”
  • Your balances will also be listed on the bottom of your receipt.
I lost my Forward Rewards Card. How can it be replaced?
Since you can use your phone number at the pump and in-store, a physical card is not necessary.
But, if you prefer to use a card and would like the one you lost to be replaced:
  • Get a new card from a Forward Convenience Store and either:
    • Email your name, phone number and the number on the back of the card to [email protected]
    • Mail your name, phone number and the number on the back of the card to (do not mail us your physical card; just the number on the back)

  • A customer service rep will merge the old card with the new card so you don’t lose your previous points/rewards.
    *Your original card must be registered in order to be replaced.
How do I change my password or username?
Go to the kiosk and login to your account. Select “Edit Account” then you will see a section titled “Change Username” and “Change Password”
I have a few Forward Rewards cards with different credits/rewards/values. Can I combine them onto a single card?
Yes, please email [email protected] to merge multiple accounts together.
Will there be any paper coupons to print out like the old rewards program?
No. All of the rewards will be loaded onto your account.
Can I let someone else use my points?
Only the registered rewards program member may use the card to redeem points for rewards.
Can I combine my points with another person’s points?
No. Points from multiple membership accounts may not be combined.
Can I share a membership with my spouse or other family member?
Forward Rewards is intended for individual personal use only.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account at the in-store kiosk or online at www.forwardcorp.com select “Edit Account”
Can I earn points when I purchase a gift card?
No
Can I earn points for purchases I made before I joined Forward Rewards?
No
What if I forgot to swipe my card/type in my phone number?
  • Take a picture/scan in your receipt, name and phone number and email them to [email protected] –OR–
  • Mail your original receipt, name and phone number to Forward Rewards corporate office. Mail to: Forward Rewards, 219 N. Front Street, Standish, MI 48658
Who can join?

Any person 16 years of age or older.

Can I stack my Forward Rewards fuel discounts with other fuel discounts?
  • You CAN’T stack your Forward Rewards discounts with Shell FRN or Kroger Fuel Discounts.
  • You CAN stack your Forward Rewards discounts with the Family Fare/Neiman’s grocery rewards and you can stack multiple Forward Rewards fuel discounts together.
Can multiple accounts be registered under the same phone number?

No. Only one phone number per account.

What is your privacy policy?

Forward Corporation takes your privacy very seriously. Rest assured we will never rent or sell your email address or information.
